Let’s deep dive in what my work looked like as a digital marketing specialist @Q Terrace!

Creative Lead

Objective: As a creative my job was to paint a picture of Q Terrace, located in sunny Laguna Beach, CA – a new location that needed to speak to locals and tourists. After confirming the direction, we manifested visual language through high-quality photography & videography, ugc content such as short-form videos like tiktoks and reels and other platforms.

💌 This project covered full digital marketing package, delivering both organic and paid marketing strategies. Outside of content, curating & updating website and Google Profile & Google Ads management were another part of the project.

💌 Some work included designing print & digital artwork and collateral, paying extra attention to on-site materials such as menus, flyers, signage, and merch.

From Aug 1 – Aug 30 our content reached 71.5K views, generated 756 interactions, and brought in 304 new followers 🚀📈

Building community requires to touch grass.

We have invested time to research our audience and connect. Instead of pushing ourselves out, we nurtured relationships with small creators and worked together.

At the end we got something better than establishing Q Terrace as a brand. We crafted a strategy that felt more genuine and real.

We worked with creatives by providing them a complimentary experience in exchange for digital content. We wanted to hear about their experience, good or bad. *it was good & results-driven!

Pre Launch & Post Launch

BEFORE LAUNCH • APRIL 2025

Working from scratch and using only the primary logo from previous location, we built the whole identity from ground up.

We started with no social media channels, no followers, no views and no materials. In fact we started working long before the menu was developed, in next five months we accomplished many goals and exceeded expectations.

AFTER LAUNCH • APRIL 2025

The goal of this collaboration was to set up a presence, invest time in initiating organic growth, experiment with paid ads, establish online discoverability, build a brand and a creative circle.

In 5-months of this collaboration we achieved many goals and we’re able to set the business to operate these processes independently.
