Strategy & Account Manager

Objective: I collaborated with Kobra Agency & my role was to oversee weekly niche/trend research, composing a weekly content plan for content creators to follow, suggesting revisions if needed. Another responsibility was account management, posting and engaging with the audience.

💌 During the project our main three goals were to increase brand awareness through social channel such as tiktok, building community and gaining new users through organic growth (no paid ads).

💌 At the end of our collaboration we were able to achieve metrics such as gaining over 43 thousand followers, while our content was reaching over 5 million people with over 59 thousand likes.

Intention behind the strategy –

After analyzing our target audience (English learners, beginner/intermediate level) we decided to use the strategy that forced us to put us in their shoes. The content had to be easily-digestible, short and satisfy the dopamine rush by providing educational context.

We collaborated with creators that represented the target audience, young and energetic models that were given directions and were mentored along the way.

This project’s main platform, Tiktok, required us to post from a location that would allow us to reach international students. I took over account management and was posting at specific schedule daily.
